They were easy to miss, amidst all the loanshark bills and tuition services ads glued onto every street lamp post and metal pole. These two were on the traffic lights bracketing the pedestrian crossing from Raffles City to St Andrew's Cathedral. Still a mystery to me, who stuck them up and why.... pen-and-paper hit-and-miss correspondence in an age of pixels and emails....
